We also encourage ongoing external maintenance to ensure that your property, presentable from the outside too.

TAG inspects your property after each stay and have it professionally cleaned by our highly qualified back of house team, ensuring that guests feel comfortable in your space.

No, not at all. Our guests come to Tasmania for many different reasons. We have properties dotted around our beautiful state for guests to enjoy.  

Absolutely not! Liaising with our trusted tradespeople, we’ll manage all maintenance requests, so that your property is always presented to a high standard, with minimal disruptions to you and your guests. The cost will be automatically deducted from your payments.

Yes, you will need to contact your local council & apply for a "Short Term Accommodation Permit". Fees apply to this, which may vary on each application submitted. You'll also need to have "Short Term Accommodation" insurance. This is different to Landlord, Building & Contents insurance. If the property is in a complex, you'll need to ensure that the "Body Corporate/ Strata" allow for properties to be let on the short-term market place. 

Yes, your property needs to be set up like a home away from home. TAG can guide you through this process, or we can arrange everything that is needed, providing you with a list of suggested and recommended items. 

Yes, please ensure you have unlimited Wi-Fi connected & guests love Netflix too! 

You'll need to provide your guests with basic staples to get them started. e.g. tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt/pepper, shampoo/conditioner, washing detergents etc.

Your property will have maximum exposure by way of various booking platforms. We list all our properties here on our site, as well as, Airbnb & HomeAway/Stayz.  

As soon as possible! If needed, we can assist with renovating ideas, presentation, potential returns and start dates, as well as, furnishing and styling suggestions. 

Payments are made fortnightly into your nominated bank account, with tax invoice statements emailed to you outlining any deductions e.g. cleaning, maintenance and consumables.
